Data Processing

1. User ID1 must login as ID1 and run HKL2000 / Automar / d*TREK from any one of computers (g38, g39, g34, g35). User can access data stored in archive directory, such as /u2/id1/09_15_03_UserInstitutionName/xtal.

2. User should process data saved in archive directory and backup all the data and output to the firewire drive before user leaves beamline.

3. User may use Automar program to process data sets by following Automar Data Reduction Protocol.

4. User may use d*TREK program to process data sets by following d*TREK Data Reduction Protocol.

5. User may use two other crystallographic program packages ( Solve and CCP4 ) installed in idhkl34, idhkl35, idhkl38 and idhkl39.

6. User may use two other display packages ( O and XtalView ) installed in idhkl34 and idhkl35.

7. User may use one independent program XPREP to quickly generate Patterson maps by following procedures described in Patterson Map Calculation with Program XPREP.
